e-publications@ Bond has now been listed in oPenDOAR the Directory of Open Access Repositories. Over 1,100 candidate sites have been surveyed for inclusion in the directory with 798 of them currently listed in the quality-assured list.
Run by the University of Nottingham, oPenDOAR is funded by The Open Societies Institute (OSI), the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC), the Consortium of Research Libraries (CURL) and SPARCEurope and is working with service providers and search engines to improve the use of open access material.
In addition to a simple listing, a search facility is available to find repositories based on language, disciplines, content types and geographic regions.
