Electronic theses collection

Posted by Peta Hopkins on August 24, 2006

Recently there has been some growth in the thesis collection in our repository. We had a few technical matters to sort out to ensure that the theses could be managed in accordance with the Australasian Digital Theses Program guidelines. But in recent days we have recommenced loading the electronic theses. So you will start to see a steady growth.  You can view the collection at http://epublications.bond.edu.au/theses/.

Posted by Peta Hopkins on August 14, 2006

The e-publications@Bond site now features the top ten most popular papers. From the home page “paper of the day” section, click on the “frequently downloaded papers” link to see a list of papers.

Even recently uploaded papers, such as Steve Webb’s “Pleistocene human footprints from the Willandra Lakes, southeastern Australia“, may appear there, as the list is populated based on the highest average daily downloads.

epublications hits a century

Posted by Peta Hopkins on August 8, 2006

Last week a significant milestone was reached. The 100th paper was uploaded to Bond’s institutional repository. Along with the steady growth of the repository, we have seen increasing growth in the number of full text downloads – an indication that Bond’s research output is reaching new readers.

Curious to see the 100th paper?

A big thank-you to Yvonne for her great work on this project.
